You can request permanent deletion of your Manam Calling account and all associated personal data at any time using the form below.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your profile, chat history, call logs, and any remaining coin balance will be erased and cannot be recovered once processed.

1What Happens After You Submit
- We verify your identity using the registered mobile number/email to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
- Your account, profile data, call/chat history, and any device identifiers are permanently deleted from our production systems within 7 business days of verification.
- Certain records (e.g. transaction receipts, invoices) may be retained where required under the Income Tax Act, 1961, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian law, but are no longer linked to your active profile.
- Any unused coin balance is forfeited upon deletion and is non-refundable, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2Prefer to Delete In-App?
You can also request deletion directly from within the Manam Calling app via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This form is provided as an alternative, publicly accessible option as required under Google Play's Data Safety policy.
