1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Manam Calling ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the manamcalling.com website and the Manam Calling mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, downloading, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms are made in compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2Eligibility

The Platform is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately without notice.

3Description of Service

Manam Calling is a communication and companionship platform that enables users ("Callers") to connect with independent, verified individuals ("Hosts") for real-time voice calls, video calls, and text chat, facilitated through a virtual coin-based system. The Platform is strictly a communication medium — it does not facilitate, promote, or permit the solicitation of any physical meeting, escort service, or any activity that is unlawful under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, or any other applicable Indian law. Any user found soliciting or engaging in such activity will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

4Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at manamcalling@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5Code of Conduct

Users shall not, under any circumstances:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or send obscene/explicit unsolicited content to any Host or user.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent age, identity, or affiliation.
• Request, offer, or arrange payment for any offline/physical meeting or sexual service via the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or circumvention of coin payments.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute private calls or chats without the explicit consent of all parties, which may also violate the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita provisions on privacy.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or introduce malware into the Platform.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of coin balance, and permanent termination of your account, without refund.

6Host-Specific Terms

Individuals registering as Hosts are independent users of the Platform and not employees, agents, or representatives of Manam Calling. Hosts must complete identity verification (KYC) before receiving payouts. Coin-to-cash payout requests are processed as per the payout schedule communicated in-app, subject to successful verification and deduction of applicable platform fees and taxes (including TDS, where applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961).

7Coins, Payments & Virtual Items

• Coins are a virtual, in-app currency with no real-world cash value to Callers and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or resold by Callers.
• Coins are consumed to access calls, chats, and virtual gifts and are deducted in real time based on usage.
• All coin purchases are processed via secure third-party payment gateways; the Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, UPI apps, or payment processors.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Manam Calling name, logo, design, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Manam Calling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of coins due to network failure, third-party payment errors, or the conduct of any Host or Caller. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manam Calling, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

11Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, any unused coin balance obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited; refund eligibility for legitimately unused coins is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any complaints or grievances regarding the Platform may be directed to our Grievance Officer:

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process above, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
